Salary: £22.11phr
Job Type: Temp
Hours: Monday to Friday 8pm till 6:15am (NIGHT SHIFT)

Are you a skilled TIG welder looking for an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team in Rugby, Warwickshire? We are seeking an experienced and motivated TIG welder to join our growing company.

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform TIG welding on a variety of materials, including stainless steel and aluminium.
2. Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
3. Ensure all welds meet quality and safety standards.
4. Conduct inspections and tests to ensure the integrity of welds.
5. Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
6. Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines.

What We\’re Looking For

1. Proven experience as a TIG welder.
2. Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
5. Experience with specific industries or types of projects, if applicable.
6. A commitment to health and safety practices.

Desirable Qualifications

1. Welding certifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
2. Previous experience in Mechanical industry.
3. Able to read engineers drawings.
4. Knowledge of other welding techniques (e.g., MIG, ARC).
