Carpenter/Installer in London | $19-$21/hour (2024-04-09)

IS2 is looking for a Carpenter/Installer for a small family-run business that builds custom trade show displays. Be part of a team and help build memorable brand experiences.

Job Duties:

• Creating and installing memorable brand experiences.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine specifications.
• Designing and constructing appropriate crating as necessary.
• Assisting with the setup and takedown of trade show displays.
• Fabricating components in accordance with the time-frame available.
• Traveling to a variety of job sites including Boston, Miami, Chicago, NYC, etc. (Company supplies travel accommodations.)

Required Experience, Skills, Certifications:

• Woodworking; cabinet making is an asset.
• Experience with power tools and a G license with a clean driver’s abstract is an asset.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
• CNC experience is an asset.
