The Business Improvement Leader will play a pivotal role in driving business stability across Rotork by building process-based performance assurance.

This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills who can collaborate effectively and partner with various stakeholders.

The Business Improvement Leader will be responsible for understanding business needs, standardizing optimal processes, and supporting the successful creation and adoption of the Global Business Management System for the business.

• Experience managing a business or significant experience overseeing a business unit within an organization.
• Proven experience in business improvement, process optimization, or business transformation roles.
• Experience with GBMS and GPO environments is a plus.
• Bachelor\’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
