Our client is a global provider currently looking for an Imports clerk. The role will be to deal with all ocean freight imports, handling full operational duties of consol containers from start to finish, dealing with clients and their SOPs. Some FCL work on various markets includes:

  • Booking UK Haulage
  • Meeting VLS KPIs
  • Liaising with shipping lines and hauliers
  • Contacting customers to sort out delivery times and dates for the goods to be delivered
  • Dealing with all import documentation

Any other duties required by the management. The job is 9-5.30 MON-FRI with 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.
