Project Manager property software

This global property specialist company has acquired 95 properties in the UK and is starting a massive business systems rollout of Yardi Property Management software. They have a mission to improve the quality of life for people in the properties by providing a holistic solution that significantly enhances people\’s lives. One of the cornerstones of this mission is to introduce a single software solution used across the entire organization for all business functions and property management, based on the Yardi Voyager solution.

The job role is to run the entire rollout of Yardi across the 95 properties and then continue with new acquisitions. Eventually, there will be a team of 6 in the Business Systems team providing support and systems administration to thousands of users in the UK.

The company has a track record of introducing Yardi solutions into properties in the US and Canada, and this has been a massively successful program.

You will be hands-on working on the initial projects as it is vital that the start of the program is successful. So you will have recent hands-on experience of implementing large-scale property management solutions like Yardi, MRI, Qube, or Manhattan and be comfortable working on the requirements while having a firm grasp of the functionality that is being implemented. You will be a skilled change manager and have been involved in large enterprise-wide programs.

As the organization grows in the UK, this role will evolve into more team management, project management, and planning responsibilities.
