As a Deputy Manager, you will lead a team providing high-quality care, working closely with clinical professionals to implement therapeutic strategies within a supportive residential setting.

You will be responsible for:

1. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and deliver care plans.

What we are looking for:

1. At least 3 years\’ care home experience.
2. Previous experience in a similar leadership role within an SEMH provision.
3. A passion for positively impacting the lives of vulnerable children.
4. Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and guide a team.
