Support Worker

We are looking for experienced support workers to work in a variety of different services across Pembrokeshire, including our new, innovative service near Haverfordwest.

We have a strong focus on teaching independent living skills and creating a safe and trusting environment for young adults with learning disabilities who are taking the next big step in their lives.

You will need to have your own vehicle, be flexible, and consider yourself able to be an open minded, patient and encouraging mentor.

The role – Providing personalised support to adults with learning disabilities to achieve daily tasks and enjoy activities. We are a group of adults who need support to maintain our independence and to manage our health and wellbeing.

You will be working as part of a team and covering day shifts and sleep ins. Drivers preferable

The Package – up to £12.37 per hour , full training and support, flexible hours.
