Role: Hire and Sales Coordinator – Bamber Bridge

Hours: Monday to Friday – 08:30 to 17:00

In this role as a Hire and Sales Coordinator your days will be spent liaising with customers via telephone and email, taking end to end ownership of their requests and working in partnership with the wider Speedy network, to ensure these are fulfilled to the highest standard.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with customers via telephone and email to understand and fulfil requests
  • Take end to end ownership of customer requests and coordinate with the wider Speedy network
  • Ensure customer requests are fulfilled to the highest standard
  • Collaborate with team members to support a positive workplace culture

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong customer focus with the ability to build rapport across multiple channels
  • Ability to multitask and use initiative when making decisions
  • Collaborative approach to working within a team
  • Drive to grow the business by maximising on all opportunities
  • Ability to support the business unit/team to deliver ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver
