Customer Service Advisor

• Providing a first class service to customers in relation to all their insurance needs
• Responding to incoming enquiries, out-bound calls, emails and live chat
• Handling a range of enquiries relating to specialist insurance products
• Providing quotations for customers in order to secure new business
• Securing policy renewals and working to maximise retention rates
• Processing mid-term adjustments and cross-selling other relevant products
