A fabulous opportunity for a Sourcing or Procurement professional operating at Junior / Assistant Buyer level with 1-2 years experience to join the Beauty Sourcing team and be part of our exciting global expansion.
About the opportunity
Responsible for supporting the Buying Manager in executing sourcing strategies for assigned projects, managing spend categories, overseeing sourcing events in complex categories, owning supplier relationships, and driving reporting and tracking for spend categories.
Manage daily commercial processes for NPD & EPD projects including RFQ, Cost Analysis, Contract Negotiations, and liaising with cross-functional teams.
This role focuses on building a high-performance supply base, driving profit enhancement, and enabling differentiated product development. Collaborate with sourcing teams in Asia and the US to leverage global benefits within a Global Sourcing organization.
