About Brighton i360 Brighton i360 is one of the UK’s most unique attractions, offering stunning views of the South Coast from our iconic observation tower. Alongside our world-renowned Sky Bar, our vibrant beachside event spaces, cafes, and bars serve thousands of visitors every week. We are now looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to lead and elevate our dynamic F&B operations. Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Manager with a strong background in high-volume hospitality environments. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing all food and beverage outlets across the Brighton i360 site, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, smooth operations, and strong financial performance. Oversee day-to-day F&B operations, including the Sky Bar, beachfront café, event catering, and kiosks. Lead, train, and motivate a large front-of-house and kitchen team to consistently deliver outstanding service. Ensure efficient service during high-volume trading periods, including weekends, holidays, and special events. Monitor and manage F&B budgets, cost control, stock, and waste to achieve financial targets. Develop and implement standard operating procedures and service excellence standards. Collaborate with Sales and Events teams to ensure seamless F&B delivery for private and corporate bookings. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations at all times. Drive innovation in product offerings and promotions to enhance the guest experience and revenue. Analyse sales and guest feedback to identify trends and make informed operational decisions. About You Minimum 3 years’ experience in a high-volume F&B management role (visitor attraction, stadium, resort, or large restaurant group preferred). Proven ability to lead large teams in fast-paced, customer-facing environments. Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, margins, and KPIs. A hands-on leader with excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work flexibly, including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
