With a commitment to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and welcoming culture, this exciting role offers a unique opportunity to lead and implement impactful DEIB plans across a wide range of regions, including Central & Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. About the Role In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of shaping and delivering DEIB strategies that align with the firm’s values and business objectives. Key responsibilities will include: Leading the development and execution of localised DEIB plans across various international regions. Collaborating with regional leadership to ensure DEIB objectives are met. Supporting the design and delivery of DEIB strategies throughout the employee lifecycle. Working closely with HR, Learning & Development, and other teams to integrate DEIB into policies, training, and development initiatives. Analysing data to identify DEIB trends, measure impact, and refine strategies. What We’re Looking For Expertise in DEIB: A deep understanding of current DEIB trends, challenges, and opportunities. Global Strategy Experience: Experience of developing and implementing DEIB strategies in diverse, international environments is highly desirable Data Analysis: Experience using data to inform decisions, identify trends, and measure success. Stakeholder Engagement: Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders and diverse teams.
