We are currently recruiting for a Governance, Compliance and Assurance Manager on a fixed-term contract. Job Details: Location: Bolton Salary: Grade 6 (£42,540 – £46,740) Basis: Part Time Contracted Hours: 21.6 Hours Package: Fixed Term Contract (3-6 months) Working Pattern: 3 days between Monday – Friday What is the purpose of the role? The Governance, Compliance and Assurance Manager manages a professional governance service and plays a key role in supporting the Company Secretary and all relevant stakeholders on all governance and compliance matters. The role is important to ensure effective governance to enable Bolton at Home to function well, develop and deliver our strategic plans, maintain confidence, viability and be accountable to our stakeholders. What are we looking for? The ability to lead and manage a high performing team. Excellent organisational skills and ability to work under pressure to deadlines. The ability to present and interpret technical, legislative and regulatory concepts for a wide range of audiences to a high standard. You will be confident and tactful in dealing with a range of stakeholders. A proactive and solution focussed mindset.
