As our HR System Analyst , you will be part of the HR System team to provide support on the development and execution of the HRIS, ensuring that the system meets the needs of the users and is maintained and updated according to business requirements. You will also support users with system-related issues and assist new users. Additionally, you will support reporting for the People team and the wider business.

This role is a fixed-term contract for 6 months.

This role is hybrid, requiring onsite work at Bicester Village a minimum of 2 days a week.

What you will be doing

The key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the development of People systems in line with design principles, quality standards, and best practices
• Evaluating user needs and system functionality to ensure alignment
• Supporting HRIS installation and updates to maintain systems fit for purpose
• Supporting development and testing of new HRIS modules
• Staying updated with technology developments impacting HRIS utilization

• Degree or equivalent qualifications (preferable)
• Practical experience with applications in problem-solving contexts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Understanding of staffing, business processes, and their relation to People Systems
