As a Jr. Art Director at Razorfish, you’ll work day-to-day with a team of creatives to develop and execute social content that elevates our automotive brands. You’ll work closely with our Account, Strategy and Project Management departments to deliver timely content that resonates with our audiences and drives engagement. You’ll speak the language of social media by staying up to date with trends and the latest features of the major platforms.
Responsibilities:- Creative Strategy: Follow and interpret creative strategies for social media that align with the brand’s vision and goals.
- Creative Concepting: Collaborate with the creative team to develop conceptual social-first content that speaks to brand initiatives, cultural moments and platform trends.
- Art Direction: An eye for motion, type, color, composition and concept.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all social media channels, ensuring a cohesive and recognizable brand identity.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, designers, and content creators to produce engaging and innovative content.
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and apply them to enhance our social media presence.
- Remote Coordination: Effectively manage and coordinate remote working processes, ensuring timely delivery and communication.
- Presentation: Clearly communicate creative concepts to internal team members and external clients.
- Pace of Work: Meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, etc.) and their respective best practices.
- Constantly curious about Social Media and how to crush at it.
- Proven experience creating Social First concepts.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative work across social media platforms.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, CapCut, Canva etc.).
- Experience with video editing and animation tools is a plus.
- Excellent visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation Range: $53,200 - $61,600 per year. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
