Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung als Office Manager (w/m/d) im operativen Tagesgeschäft;
  • Eigenständige Organisation und verantwortliche Bearbeitung von Aufgaben aus den Bereichen Marketing;
  • Erstellung von Unterlagen, Präsentationen und Vorträgen;
  • Planung und Koordinierung von Terminen, Reisen und Veranstaltungen;
  • Vorreiterrolle in Sonderprojekten und aktive Mitwirkung in kaufmännischen Unternehmensbereichen;
  • Administrative Aufgaben;
  • Pflege der Kommunikation mit Geschäftspartnern;
  • Gesamte Büroorganisation.

Anforderungen – Office Manager (w/m/d):

  • Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, alternativ eine Ausbildung im Bankwesen mit umfassender Berufserfahrung im Bereich Assistenz oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung als Persönlicher Assistent (w/m/d).
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in vergleichbarer Position, idealerweise gesammelt in einem Wirtschaftsunternehmen.
  • EDV-Kenntnisse: Sehr gute Kenntnisse des MS Office Paketes.
  • Sprachenkenntnisse: Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift werden vorausgesetzt.
  • PKW Führerschein.
  • Sonstige Anforderungen: Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft; Verbindliches Auftreten; Gutes Organisations- und Kommunikationstalent; Ein hohes Maß an Diskretion und Zuverlässigkeit; Zügige, ergebnisorientierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise; Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit.
