Senior Sales Consultant

We are currently recruiting a Senior Sales Consultant for a family-owned luxury furniture retailer for their store in Kidderminster. The retailer has a stable and secure history of being family-owned and operated and is currently going through a fantastic period of growth.

The ideal Senior Sales Consultant:

1. Must have a minimum of three years\’ experience in face-to-face furniture sales.
2. Be extremely personable and able to develop immediate customer rapport.
3. Be confident and highly motivated.
4. Be someone who is a high achiever with a proven track record of consistent sales performance.

No 12-14 hour days, new store openings, genuine customer service rather than a KPI approach to selling, the Harrods of the Midlands.

Basic salary £20-£22k+ plus guarantees + individual commission, uncapped OTE £35k – £40k, commission from 1-4% and paid on order, not delivery of furniture to customer.
