Full-Time Keyholder - London

Rails is looking to hire full-time Keyholders for its store in London.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver an outstanding customer experience. Curate the experience for the customer, walking them through the RAILS story.
2. Develop and maintain long lasting client relationships by establishing a return client base; maintain an accurate, efficient, and effective client book.
3. Ensure image and grooming standards are professional and reflective of RAILS brand.
4. Maintain visual merchandising standards daily.
5. Consistently achieve personal and overall store sales goals.
6. Maintain an active floor presence.
7. Assist with organization and upkeep of both the front and back of house.
8. Additional responsibilities as required.

Requirements:

1. 1 year experience in a retail sales environment, preferably in contemporary apparel.
2. Passion for customer service, styling, and product.
3. Results driven.
4. Team player.
5. Strong time management and communication skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple and competing work priorities, demands, and changes.
7. Knowledge/experience in fashion industry.
