An international award-winning law firm with an excellent culture is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner on a permanent basis.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, this is a broad generalist role offering leadership and operational elements. The successful candidate will collaborate with key internal stakeholders whilst working with the wider HR team to deliver HR strategy and generalist support across the business.
Duties include:
- Performance and career development management
- Coaching managers in the development of their people management skills
- Advising on employee relations matters

Job Requirements:
