The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
Ensuring the structural integrity and quality of the product and training a team in a range of NDT techniques including, * Establish and approve NDT methods and techniques and supporting procedures in line with company and regulatory requirements.

Manage qualification and ongoing approval of a team of NDT technicians and contractors, develop training plans and keep records for all NDT levels and determine techniques to be applied across the product range.

Manage relationship with Company nominated Level 3, approved training partner and service providers.

Work closely with design and development teams supporting NPI programs.

Directly support daily operations offering guidance on detected defects and work closely with MRB engineers to determine corrective actions.
Ideal candidate will have;

Degree educated in a relevant Engineering discipline

or Recognised apprenticeship plus significant relevant experience

At least Level 2 qualification in a number of NDT techniques.

If not already qualified candidates will be expected to complete Level 3 qualifications in line with NDT standards., * Understanding of Composite manufacturing Process

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Ability to develop and document processes and procedures

Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems using structured problem solving techniques

Contribute to wider quality function

Understanding of Part 21G and Part 145 regulations

Experience of working in an AS9100 approved business
