Role : PeopleSoft Finance Functional Consultant Duration : + Months tentative with possible extension Job Description : PeopleSoft Functional process lead / architect with + years of extensive hands-on experience and strong functional skills are mandatory. Experience in minimum or end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and support. Experience on PeopleSoft implementation is mandatory. Should have experience in PeopleSoft FSCM modules such as General Ledger (GL), Asset Management (AM), Accounts Payable (AP), with onsite-offshore experience, architecting financial implementations. Must have strong experience and exposure to GL implementation and its integration with core finance modules of PeopleSoft. Should be able to configure business rules for General Ledger module enhancements or new feature implementations. Experience handling multi-country reporting and reconciliations is highly valued. Exposure to multi-currency processing and implementing PeopleSoft GL in multiple country rollouts. Full understanding of project life cycle and development methodologies. Must have end-to-end implementation or upgrade experience in PeopleSoft FSCM V (mandatory). Ability to interact with business, technical, and functional staff at all levels. Must be able to drive requirement gathering, fit/gap analysis, and design sessions with the business community. Experience in business requirements gathering, user training, and change management. Creation of PeopleSoft Finance training manuals and conducting training for business users. Must be creative, innovative, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to abstract details into larger patterns.
