The PR & Advocacy Manager (Local Market) plays a pivotal role in executing and managing our PR & Advocacy programs and initiatives at the local level on key social platforms: TikTok & Instagram. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing a proactive PR and Advocacy strategy that enhances our brand image, builds strong media relationships, and supports key business objectives. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure consistent messaging across all channels for brands including Rabanne, Jean Paul Gaultier, and Carolina Herrera.
What you'll get to do:

- Craft concise and culturally relevant creative briefs to steer advocacy efforts, ensuring they align with global direction while resonating with local audiences.
- Localise global toolkits to equip advocates with practical resources, including campaign messaging, brand narratives, product features, and activation plans tailored to regional needs.
- Collect feedback on toolkit use and advocate-led activities to continuously improve resources and enhance future initiatives.
- Measure and report advocacy performance using key indicators such as Earned Media Value (EMV), engagement levels, view counts, and return on investment (ROI).
- Deliver holistic advocacy programs aimed at cultivating strong, long-term relationships with advocates at all levels.
- Plan and execute engaging activities—like curated product experiences, exclusive events, and collaborative opportunities—to build enthusiasm and loyalty among advocates.
- Design advocacy programs with structured engagement and reward mechanisms that encourage consistent participation, authentic storytelling, and organic brand promotion throughout the program lifecycle.
