THE ROLE
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic entry-level Pricing Support Agent to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to our senior Pricing Specialists, assisting them in guiding sellers through the process of selling their vehicles into the trade.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Support Senior Pricing Specialists: Work closely with senior team members to follow up with sellers who have not responded to initial queries.
- Assist Sellers: Help sellers understand how to set realistic price expectations and explain the benefits of selling through Carwow.
- Multichannel Communication: Engage with sellers via email, live chat, SMS, and phone.
- Customer Follow-up: Proactively manage follow-up processes.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with Pricing Specialists and other team members.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of accuracy and consistency in all customer interactions.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
