Duty Manager (Part Time - 27 hours contract)

As a Duty Manager, you\’ll take on a key leadership role to ensure the store operates seamlessly. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Leading and motivating the team to deliver exceptional results.
2. Ensuring high standards of customer service and resolving queries effectively.
3. Maintaining a clean, well-presented, and fully stocked store.
4. Driving sales and profitability by managing performance and efficiency.
5. Being a keyholder and taking responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager (including store openings and closes).

Minimum Requirements:

1. Proven success as a Retail Supervisor, Duty Manager, Assistant Manager, Team Manager, or Shift Manager in a fast-paced retail setting.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
3. Exceptional organisational abilities and a passion for customer service.
4. A proactive, energetic approach to managing a dynamic retail environment.
