Our client, a busy franchised dealership in Watford has the requirement for experienced Vehicle Technicians at all skill levels to join their established workshop team.

If you are a Vehicle Technician, Service Technician, Diagnostic Technician or Master Technician, our client would be interested in talking to you.

Responsibilities

As a Vehicle Technician, Service Technician, Diagnostic Technician or Master Technician, your responsibilities will include:

Routine Servicing, Repairs and Health Checks to Manufacturer Standards
Cambelt, Clutch, Gearbox & Engine Repairs/Replacements
Electrical & Mechanical Diagnostics
New Car PDI’s & Used Cars Multi Point Checks
Warranty Repairs
MOT Tests (if qualified to do so)

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

Minimum of a NVQ Level 2/3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or Equivalent
12 months post apprenticeship experience Vehicle Technician
Full UK Driving Licence
Own your own tools

Desirable Requirements:

Manufacturer Accreditations / Qualifications
Franchised Dealer Vehicle Technician Experience
MOT Licence
EV/Hybrid Qualifications

Remuneration & Benefits

Basic Salaries of £27,000 – £37,500 DOE
On Target Earnings of £38,000 – £42,500 DOE
Paid Overtime
Manufacturer Training Programme inc Hybrid/EV training
Opportunity to qualify as an MOT Tester

Working Hours

40-hour Working Week
Saturdays on a rota basis, paid as Overtime.
