Vehicle Technician – Watford
Basic Salary – £37,500
OTE – £42,500 (uncapped)

Our client, a busy franchised dealership in Watford, has the requirement for experienced Vehicle Technicians at all skill levels to join their established workshop team.

If you are a Vehicle Technician, Service Technician, Diagnostic Technician, or Master Technician, our client would be interested in talking to you.

Responsibilities
As a Vehicle Technician, Service Technician, Diagnostic Technician, or Master Technician, your responsibilities will include:

1. Routine Servicing, Repairs, and Health Checks to Manufacturer Standards
2. Cambelt, Clutch, Gearbox & Engine Repairs/Replacements
3. Electrical & Mechanical Diagnostics
4. New Car PDI’s & Used Cars Multi Point Checks
5. Warranty Repairs
6. MOT Tests (if qualified to do so)

Experience, Skills & Qualifications
Essential Requirements:

1. Minimum of a NVQ Level 2/3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or Equivalent
2. 12 months post-apprenticeship experience as a Vehicle Technician
3. Full UK Driving Licence
4. Own your own tools

Desirable Requirements:

1. Manufacturer Accreditations / Qualifications
2. Franchised Dealer Vehicle Technician Experience
3. MOT Licence
4. EV/Hybrid Qualifications

Remuneration & Benefits

1. Basic Salaries of £27,000 – £37,500 DOE
2. On Target Earnings of £38,000 – £42,500 DOE
3. Paid Overtime
4. Manufacturer Training Programme inc Hybrid/EV training
5. Opportunity to qualify as an MOT Tester
6. Great benefits package

Working Hours
40-hour Working Week
