People Services Business Partner 37 hours per week, based in Preston up to £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience) The People Services Team deliver exceptional customer service to our colleagues across Community Gateway. We are proud of the reputation we have for supporting our employees and creating a great employee experience. Reporting to our Head of Culture and Engagement, this new role will play a key part in business partnering with managers and senior managers across the organisation. It will also deliver on high profile projects, and have responsibility for specific areas of our service, including colleague engagement, wellbeing, learning and development and recognition, ultimately ensuring we deliver our People Strategy and Corporate Plan.
