In verband met de uitbreiding van onze site Kruiningen zijn wij op zoek naar een QC Technician Potato. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteitscontroles voorafgaand aan de ontvangst- en sorteerprocessen van de aardappel. Op basis van inzicht in de kwaliteit van partijen aardappelen adviseer je de samenstelling (blend) van te verwerken partijen aardappelen om de gewenste kwaliteit te realiseren. Je rapporteert aan de Line Supervisor Grading. De functie wordt in een verlengde 2-ploegendienst (toeslag 29,8%) uitgevoerd, waarbij je volgens rooster ochtend- en middagdiensten werkt, ook in het weekend.
Hoe ziet je werk er uit?
- Je zorgt dat de binnenkomende vrachten aardappelen worden gewogen (via de weegbrug) en gelost.
- Je voert de administratie uit in SAP.
- Je voert de kwaliteitscontroles uit op de grondstof en neemt actie bij afwijkingen.
- Je voert de coördinatie over de rangeerder/losplaatsen.
- Je adviseert over en begeleidt de te verwerken partijen aardappelen.
- Je ziet waar zaken beter kunnen en neemt hiertoe initiatief.
