Key Responsibilities
- Load and Unload Vehicles: Efficiently manage the loading and unloading of goods.
- Stock Management: Accurately check and book stock in and out, ensuring compliance with company procedures and standards.
- Operate Machinery: Safely and competently use mechanical handling equipment and safety devices in line with company protocols and HSE guidelines.
- Safety Checks: Conduct safety inspections on forklift trucks and batteries, promptly reporting defects to the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Pick & Pack: Handle picking and packing operations with accuracy and efficiency.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Valid Counterbalance Licence and Forklift Licence.
- Awareness of workplace hazards and safety protocols.
- Proficient in using computers and relevant systems.
- Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in warehouse operations.
- Proven ability to adapt to a rapidly growing and dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and influencing skills across all organisational levels.
