Role

My client is a leading Microsoft Partner who are looking for an D365BC Functional Support Consultant, who has experience working for a Partner/Consulting firm, and would like to progress into consulting.

Key Skills

• Dynamics D365BC Support (18 months minimum) [Microsoft Dynamics is ESSENTIAL]
• Previous experience working with a Microsoft Partner [ESSENTIAL]
• 1st / 2nd Line support of D365BC
• Basic D365BC configuration
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues in a timely manner
• Provide training and guidance to clients on the use of D365BC
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• UK Location: Surrey, UK
• You must be eligible to work in the UK without restriction (no sponsorship, no PSW, no Dependency)
