The role also includes supporting Landlord & Tenant matters such as Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals. Key Responsibilities Conduct property inspections and prepare RICS-compliant valuation reports. Provide valuation advice across retail, office, industrial, and residential sectors. Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering timely and accurate advice. Support junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team culture. Identify new business opportunities and assist in client development. Stay informed on market trends and regulatory changes. Ensure compliance with RICS standards and best practices. What We\βre Looking For RICS qualified and a Registered Valuer. Experience in residential and/or commercial valuations. Strong report writing and analytical skills.
