This is a 12-month fixed-term employment.

Are you an experienced compliance expert passionate about resolving complex issues and making a difference? Join our dynamic team. We seek someone skilled in implementing compliance capabilities within corporate organizations. In this role, you will develop and execute Colt's Compliance-by-Design program, incorporating industry best practices. As a key team member, you will perform group compliance reviews, support employee awareness and training, and prepare insightful management reports. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders across Colt, identify gaps, and develop sustainable solutions to complex problems.
What you’ll do
- Support the implementation of industry best practice compliance methodologies and frameworks within Colt.
- Plan and deliver compliance playbook and toolkit.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with legal, risk management, internal audit, and operational teams to identify and resolve compliance issues.
- Support compliance training and awareness campaigns to embed a compliance culture.
- Provide constructive challenge and work towards efficient solutions for compliance matters.
- Stay updated on regulatory developments to ensure effective compliance monitoring.
- Advise business teams on compliance topics.
- Develop compliance reports for management, executive leadership, and the board.
- Identify opportunities for automation and innovation to improve compliance processes.
What we look for
Experience
- Degree in business, finance, legal, or related field.
- Industry-recognized qualification (e.g., ICA).
- Over 3 years of experience in compliance roles, preferably in regulated environments.
- Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, reviews, and embedding practices.
- Understanding of legal and contractual language.
- Knowledge of communications industry, products, processes, and regulations is desirable.
- Experience in governance, risk, audit, or legal fields is advantageous.
