Transfer Pricing Associate Director

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a wide range of transfer pricing advisory and compliance engagements for OMBs, SMEs, and large corporates.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality technical advice on areas such as policy development, documentation, value chain analysis, and thin capitalisation.
• Provide support on transactional and due diligence projects.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Mentor and support junior staff, contributing to team development and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning, recruitment, and process improvement.
• Play an active role in business development, identifying and pursuing growth opportunities.

About You

• ACA, ACCA, CA or CTA qualified (or equivalent).
• Extensive experience in transfer pricing, ideally within a professional services environment or in-house role.
• Strong track record in managing client relationships, projects, and teams.
• Commercially minded, with a keen interest in business development and strategic initiatives.
