Retail Sales Advisor

Salary: £20k (including monthly commission)
Contract: Full Time

You will be dealing directly with our growing customer base. The role of Retail Sales Consultant is highly varied and no two days are the same; from assisting and advising customers to find the most suitable products for their needs in store, updating pricing and promotions, managing stock, to delivering products to the customers\’ home, you will be involved in every aspect of making the customer experience a memorable one. Responsibilities and Duties:

• Participating in the day to day running of a busy retail shop.
• Assisting and advising customers to find the most suitable product to meet their needs.
• Carrying out assessments in customers\’ homes.
• Accurately handling cash, cheques, and credit/debit cards.
• Delivering products to customers\’ homes.
• Be involved in stock control management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 2 years retail experience
• Full driving licence
• Highly motivated
• A passion for exceeding customer expectations
• People Person
