This is a 14 month fixed term opportunity based in our London offices reporting directly to one of the Finance Business Partners.
Responsibilities:- Be the link between the Business Partner and the R2R accounting team (part of Delinian's Global Finance Operations team based in Sofia, Bulgaria) in validation and integrity of the month end accounts.
- Proactively partner with the R2R team to produce on time, high quality Month End deliverables including Month End commentary packs and analysis for Board reporting.
- Support the preparation of regular and ad-hoc reporting and presentations, including: Monthly Business Partnering packs, Project Steer Packs, CAPEX projects.
- Support the BP's and FD in managing the annual Budget process, modelling the budget files and delivering high quality budget presentations.
- Take ownership of reforecast process, updating projections, actualising and uploading files.
- Proactively analyse trends in the P&L to identify key areas of risk and opportunity.
- Support BP in carrying out financial due diligence on any potential strategic project and provide relevant analysis to assist decision making.
- Manage Functional KPI reporting and partner with HR on tracking people data.
- Build robust reproducible templates that can be adapted and leveraged across multiple scenarios to analyse results and financial performance.
- Simplify cost allocations to the brands and manage the process as efficiently and effectively as possible.
The role will require the candidate to proactively collaborate across the wider company, including other divisions and regional teams.
