As a Principal Project/Programme Manager, you will lead complex customer and Microsoft project teams to achieve business outcomes across our portfolios, developing your business, project management, leadership, and cloud expertise in a dynamic environment. This role involves a mix of onsite work at Microsoft offices and customer locations across the UK, requiring travel. Our mission is to empower every person and organization to achieve more. Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality project management, leading diverse teams to meet scope, cost, and quality goals.
- Manage account delivery, driving customer satisfaction and overseeing delivery forecasts.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships, managing expectations and resolving escalations.
- Contribute to presales activities, including project approach, estimates, and contracts.
- Create and execute project management plans, engaging stakeholders and managing risks and issues.
- Ensure project financial health, monitor KPIs, and oversee project closure and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field and extensive project management experience OR equivalent experience.
- Preferred: PMP certification, financial management experience, Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, PSM1).
- Eligibility for UK Security Check (SC) clearance; UK residency or minimum five years in the UK required.
