Data centres are the fastest growing sector in real estate as data has become the most important commodity on the planet. CBRE’s data centre team is highly regarded, having carried out some of the most high-profile transactions in the market for major global corporates. Our rapidly expanding Capital Markets team has advised on over €2.3bn of data centre real estate transactions in the past 4 years, including numerous M&A transactions across countries such as France, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, the Nordics, Germany, and the UK.

We are looking for a Senior Surveyor to join our growing team as soon as possible. The ideal candidate will:

  • Manage a busy workload
  • Provide strategic advice to clients
  • Manage workstreams independently
  • Have experience working on investment deals
  • Previous data centre experience is not mandatory

What you will be doing:

  • Assisting Senior Director and Director in investment brokerage work
  • Preparing cash-flows and financial analyses; income analysis and residual appraisals for investment opportunities
  • Preparing investment sales collateral including Information Memorandums, teasers, and pitch documents
  • Managing workstreams and meeting deadlines
  • Engaging with target clients
  • Assisting in report preparation and client advice
  • Collaborating with market peers and CBRE specialist teams
  • Handling high-profile instructions and taking on increased responsibilities
