We’re seeking a commercially minded Client Principal to lead strategic client relationships and drive growth through delivering ethical, impactful AI and data solutions. You will shape clients’ AI visions, align internal teams, and ensure successful programme delivery that makes a measurable difference.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow key client accounts, developing strategic plans aligned with client goals to unlock commercial value.
- Build strong relationships across all business levels, from C-suite to technical and operational leaders.
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to deepen client engagement.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on AI strategy and data-led transformation.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to meet client expectations with quality execution.
- Contribute to the development of account management practices and internal capabilities.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in professional services, engaging with senior, technical, and operational stakeholders.
- Strong track record in account leadership, business development, and delivering AI/data solutions.
