HRD / Associate Director of People, 6-month FTC, up to £87k pa + benefits. Public sector organisation, hybrid working with Bristol office. You will support the Chief People Officer in building people practices, lead the People/HR function, and establish a robust framework supported by efficient, client-focused systems and processes. You will oversee the EDI & Staff Engagement functions and embed good people management practices aligned with the organisation's values—being innovative, inclusive, and influential. Your role includes coaching managers to become confident, empowered leaders who inspire their teams, and ensuring employees have access to relevant development opportunities to perform effectively and reach their full potential. You will promote regular, constructive dialogue to ensure staff feel valued, well-informed, and engaged with the organisation’s objectives.
