This role is ideal for someone who enjoys driving safety and compliance standards while working in a structured environment with strong benefits, ongoing training opportunities and a progression route into Project Management.

You will act as a central point of contact for all in-house electrical compliance work across a large multi-building estate. From managing contractors to issuing permits and ensuring safe systems of work, this is a technical, process-driven position with a strong emphasis on documentation, procedural oversight and safety. The role is based primarily on-site at a central campus, with some flexibility across other locations as needed.

You will be joining a large, well-established organisation with excellent support systems in place. With ongoing investment in training, high pension contributions, and around 40 days of annual leave (including closures at Easter and Christmas), this is a role that offers both stability and career progression. If you are looking to apply your electrical expertise in a rewarding compliance-focused environment, this is ideal.

Why Join?

This is a structured, professional role with the backing of a major employer. You will have the chance to work on a large estate, overseeing modern and legacy electrical systems, with every tool and process at your disposal. It is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys governance, responsibility, and clear procedures, without the commercial pressures of contracting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as LV Duty Holder and support all compliance-based electrical procedures across the estate
  • Manage documentation, safety checks and contractor compliance in line with internal and legal standards
  • Issue permits to work and review RAMS and electrical risk assessments
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure safe delivery of works and maintain high standards across the site

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds a HNC (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering
  • Is an LV Authorised Person
