Banana Moon Day Nurseries is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Early Years Practitioner Room Leader to join our team. As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of practitioners and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the room. At Banana Moon, we believe in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn and develop through play. As a Room Leader, you will play a key role in creating a positive and engaging atmosphere for children aged 2-5 years old.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities
- Observing and assessing children's progress
- Liaising with parents and other staff members
- Supporting the professional development of your team members
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
We are looking for an individual who has a genuine passion for working with children and who is committed to providing the highest standards of care and education. Previous experience in a similar role is essential, as well as a relevant qualification in Early Years. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday. The salary for this role will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
