TS Recruitment is working with a leading facilities management company seeking a skilled Building Services Engineer with a strong commercial gas background. This role will cover the Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire areas, focusing on both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance within commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service, maintain, and repair commercial gas appliances, boilers, and heating systems.
- Carry out general building services tasks, including plumbing, mechanical, and electrical maintenance.
- Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently across various commercial sites.
- Ensure full compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service while working independently or as part of a team.
Requirements:
- Experience in building services, property services, or facilities management.
- Strong mechanical and plumbing skills, with expertise in installation and maintenance.
