Passionate about design and storytelling through jewellery, Annoushka creates finely crafted pieces that celebrate individuality, colour, and narrative as well as being endlessly versatile. Every design tells a story, making each piece deeply personal to the wearer.
We are seeking an experienced Freelance Jewellery Designer to work closely with Annoushka and our design team on exciting new projects. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a luxury brand with a strong creative identity and to help shape the next chapter of Annoushka’s design journey.

The Role:
As a Freelance Jewellery Designer, you will play a pivotal role in evolving and enhancing the Annoushka design language. Your creativity and expertise will help refine existing collections and develop captivating new designs that resonate with the brand's ethos and aesthetic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Annoushka to conceive and develop unique jewellery concepts that align with the brand's vision.
- Conduct in-depth research to inform designs, creating compelling narratives and mood boards that capture the essence of each collection.
- Produce high-quality sketches, hand renderings, and CAD designs to communicate ideas effectively.
- Ensure all designs adhere to Annoushka’s craftsmanship standards and distinctive aesthetic identity.
- Partner with the jewellery development team to refine concepts and guide them through to final production.
Your work will contribute directly to making Annoushka’s collections more refined and relevant, reinforcing the brand’s reputation for timeless craftsmanship and contemporary style.
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of 3+ years experience in jewellery design, ideally within fine jewellery.
- Strong hand-drawing and sketching skills.
- Experience with hand-rendered jewellery painting.
- Proficiency in CAD software (Rhino, Matrix, or similar) is desirable.
- Understanding of gemstone settings and jewellery manufacturing techniques.
- A background in gemology is a plus.
- Experience in bridal jewellery design is a bonus.
- Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative environment.
- A keen eye for detail, innovation, and commercial awareness.
- Ability to produce beautiful Gouache paint-ups would be a great advantage.
