Our client is a well-established Financial Services business with a fantastic industry reputation. Due to growth of the business, they are now recruiting for a Financial Services Administrator to join the team. The role of Financial Services Administrator is based in a supportive environment, giving the opportunity to learn more about Financial Services.
The successful Financial Services Administrator will enjoy Financial Services and work closely with the Financial Advisors and Paraplanners. Some of the key duties of the Financial Services Administrator will include:
- Liaison with providers to obtain relevant information
- Provide administrative support to the Financial Planners
- Gather information and present it in a professional manner
- Preparing client valuations
- Extensive liaison with clients on a daily basis - over the phone and face to face
- Arrange client meetings which will include direct client contact
- Organise refreshments for meetings
- Setting up commissions/fees on back office system and chasing through to payment
- Tracking business applications and pipeline
- Making appointments and managing diaries
- Handling confidential information and dealing with discretion at all times
- Checking documentation and ensuring all paperwork is signed accordingly by relevant parties
- General administrative duties as required
- Daily use of Intelliflo and Volume
The ideal candidate will enjoy Financial Services and have worked within the Financial Industry previously. The ideal Financial Services Administrator will have a good understanding of Whole of Market wrappers and products and have strong IT skills. You will be given extra responsibility as you progress and also have the opportunity to gain industry qualifications. We are looking for a Financial Planning Administrator who is professional, accurate, positive, and enthusiastic. You will be based in a great office environment and be part of a successful Financial Services team. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
