With a strong commitment to delivering practical, business-focused legal advice, they serve a wide range of private clients and are supported by a team of highly experienced solicitors and barristers. They are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Regulatory Solicitor to work on a freelance, fully remote, instruction basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in criminal law and procedure, particularly within magistrates’ and crown court matters, and will demonstrate a client-focused, ethical approach to legal services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert legal advice on a range of client matters
- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients
- Represent clients in court or instruct counsel as needed
- Conduct thorough legal research and case preparation
- Maintain accurate records and manage case files efficiently
