TSR Legal is currently working with a highly regarded multi-office firm, who are seeking a dedicated and experienced Associate or Senior Associate Private Client Solicitor to join their well-established and growing Private Client team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to manage a diverse caseload and play a key role in delivering high-quality legal advice and support to a broad range of clients. Key Responsibilities: Advising clients on all aspects of private client work including Wills, Trusts, Probate, Powers of Attorney, and Estate Planning. Managing a varied caseload independently with minimal supervision. Working closely with high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and families to develop tailored legal solutions. Supporting elderly clients and vulnerable adults with sensitivity and professionalism. Liaising with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to provide a holistic client service. Supporting junior team members and contributing to the ongoing development of the department. Engaging in business development and networking activities to promote the team\’s services. Requirements: Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with 4+ years\’ PQE in private client law. Strong technical knowledge of wills, probate, trusts, tax planning, and mental capacity matters. STEP qualification (or working towards) is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach. Ability to build lasting relationships and provide empathetic, clear legal advice. A proactive and collaborative team player with strong organisational skills.
