Have you recently graduated and are looking for a sales-based role? Do you want to interact with some of the most senior people in the legal space? We are recruiting on behalf of a boutique legal search firm, operating at the most senior level in the UK market. You will work alongside a well-known legal head-hunter and learn how to conduct high-level recruitment. This is undoubtedly one of the highest OTE sales jobs in London at the graduate level — for those who work hard! What is the role? As a legal head-hunter, you will approach solicitors about potential roles with other law firms. As you progress, you will also engage with law firms directly. Is this a sales role? Absolutely — the role involves selling roles to candidates and your services to clients. Much of this will be done over the phone, with initial contacts often being cold calls. Is there a base salary/WFH? Yes — the base salary is £35,000. This is an office-based role. Main Pros You can earn a significant income — it\’s realistic to earn £60k/£70k+ in the first year, with potential to earn even more in subsequent years. One individual earned £200k in year 3! You will have client exposure from day one and can make an impact quickly, much faster than in many other sectors. The legal market is high-volume with high fees, leading to greater earning potential. Cons A lot of rejection — expect frequent rejection. Repetitive tasks and long hours. Will this help me get a training contract? No, this role is more suited for a career in recruitment rather than a stopgap for training contracts. Who should apply: 2.1 degree, ideally from a top 50 university Excellent work ethic and natural sales skills Highly polished communication style A long-term career in recruitment is essential #J-18808-Ljbffr
