Addressable Front-End Developer About the role: Addressable is a rapidly growing area within the industry and Wavemaker. We are a specialist team, combining data, audiences & creative to serve personalized ads across all digital media. We are looking for someone who can support the entire end-to-end process of creating and launching campaigns. Working closely with the team from concepting strategies and designs to creative builds and delivery, you will be expected to produce high-quality work on multiple projects. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract. Key responsibilities include: Working with digital design tools, ad servers, creative management platforms, and emerging ad technologies to deliver high-quality dynamic creative ads. Building dynamic templates and creating dynamic ad versions. Innovating in the creative space by collaborating with Addressable and Data Innovation teams to develop new dynamic creative templates. Taking responsibility for creative production across clients using innovative Addressable solutions, ensuring high standards. Supporting creative feed management, building creative variants from core templates. Activating addressable campaigns. Performing QA of all produced materials against brand guidelines. Developing expertise in the end-to-end Addressable product. Leading creative strategy and design requests confidently. Working independently as the sole developer or as part of a team. Delivering and exceeding expectations on creative briefs. Managing timelines, deliveries, SLAs, and expectations effectively. Building strong client relationships and communicating effectively with both business and technical teams. Applying critical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Focusing on results and delivery. Core skills: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with JavaScript animation libraries (GSAP) or CSS keyframe animations. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (preferred). Experience building hand-coded dynamic creatives and HTML5 banners. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and understanding of data manipulation.
