Responsibilities
- Develop and optimise staffing performance reports, dashboards, and insightful presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Serve as the data visualisation expert, crafting impactful dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Smartsheets.
- Translate data into strategic insights, aiding in addressing staffing challenges and supporting business decisions.
- Monitor staffing progress and developments, ensuring alignment with client staffing KPIs.
- Design and maintain tailored staffing trackers for global clients.
- Collaborate with local market talent teams for accurate staffing insights and reports.
- Transform reporting processes to enhance automation, efficiency, and scalability.
- Use internal tools to provide trends across EMEA markets, highlighting key insights and challenges.
Qualifications
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools.
