Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from Β£12.45 an hour; this increases to Β£13.66 for stores inside the M25. For all hours worked between midnight and 6am, you will receive an additional night premium of Β£2.35 per hour worked. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

It’s our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours weekly, but options for fewer hours (minimum 12) are available, and we would love to hear from you. We will schedule your hours within the availability windows you provide, with 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. We support flexibility, so if your available times closely match but are not exactly the advertised times, we still encourage you to apply.
