We are working with a well-established organisation in the services sector that is looking to appoint a commercially minded Finance Manager to oversee core accounting and reporting functions during an exciting period of evolution and growth. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys being close to the numbers, but also loves the bigger picture - budgeting, forecasting, leadership, stakeholder influence, and continuous improvement. You will be leading a capable team, working with senior stakeholders, and playing a key role in financial strategy and day-to-day operations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading financial reporting and ensuring the integrity of accounts
- Managing a small team and aligning their goals with broader finance objectives
- Supporting budgeting, reforecasting, and financial performance analysis
- Monitoring working capital, internal controls, and audit readiness
- Contributing to governance, risk management, and operational improvements
- Acting as a finance business partner across departments and regions
What We’re Looking For:
- A qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
- Strong background in management accounting and financial reporting
- A confident team leader who communicates well across all levels
- Hands-on experience in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder finance environment
- Skilled in Excel, detail-focused, and calm under pressure
